Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of AugmentationAI ("the service"), operated by AugmentationAI. By creating an account you accept them. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you may bind that organization.

2. The service

AugmentationAI provides managed memory for AI agents: a personal memory store reachable over MCP, provisioning, and tooling in the customer portal. Features and limits (store size, rate limits) are listed with each plan and may evolve; material reductions to a paid plan will not apply mid-billing-cycle.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and for what your agents save through them. Keep MCP credentials scoped and secret. You must be 13+ (16+ in the EEA/UK). One human, one account; stores are personal and not for reselling access.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Plans bill monthly in advance through PayPal at the price shown at signup.
• New accounts start with a 14-day free trial; no card is required to start. If you do not subscribe when the trial ends, your store is retained for 30 days and then deleted.
• You can cancel any time; the service stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: if the service materially fails to perform, write to support@augmentationai.com within 30 days of the charge and we will make it right.

5. Fair use

Plans include approximately 5 GB of storage and normal agent traffic. Sustained automated abuse, probing of other tenants, or using the service to attack anything will get a store suspended. We will always email you first when a suspension is not legally required to be immediate.

6. Your data

Your memory store is your data. You can export it as NDJSON at any time. We do not train models on it and never sell it. On cancellation or deletion, stores are removed from active service immediately and from backups within 30 days. Details in the privacy policy.

7. Acceptable content

Do not store content you have no right to hold, or content whose purpose is harm: malware payloads targeted at third parties, credentials you are stealing, illegal material. We act on credible reports.

8. Service levels

We aim for continuous availability and run the service on infrastructure we control, with backups. The service is provided as-is; we do not promise uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are emailed to account holders at least 14 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the service after that date accepts the change.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the portal. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, with notice unless the law or an ongoing abuse incident requires immediacy.
